Deep Blue

INKIES are applied over a white base with the inhibition layer removed. Apply your colour INKIE over your gold or silver, then using your CLEAR INKIE or Magpie Prep & Dehydrate (with your Magpie Illustrator Brush) disperse the product for your desired look. Mix colours together, and get creative. Allow to dry naturally and top coat to finish.
